How ldo you remove a ganglion cyst within the wrist?

Surgically: It can be surgically removed, however it has a fairly high risk of coming back, even with surgery. Other treatments such as smashing it with a bible will only reduce it temporarily.

Surgery: It is a short outpatient surgery which requires anesthesia. Takes about 30-60 minutes. You will have some mild discomfort to the wrist but this will pass in about a week.

Surgery: It depends on the location. You can have an open incision or it can be done through the arthroscope.
