Part of the plan: Acupuncture can be an excellent method of reducing muscle pain. The number of treatments required depends on how long the symptoms have been present and the inderlying diagnosis. Combined with the appropriate stretching and strengthening routine, it can be very useful.

Yes: Agree with dr. Elson. Acupuncture is great for musculoskeletal issues. Chronic injuries generally require more treatment sessions then acute injuries.
