Hours: Most people have excellent vision within hours of having lasik. Many wake up seeing 20/20 the next day. Your surgeon will check you the next day to make sure things are going well.

Fast recovery: Within hours to see well without any correction. Majority of time the vision is back to normal by next day. On occasion it may take a few days to get the perfect vsion.

Depends : Many patients have excellent vision on the first day after surgery. Others take a week or two. For complete stability, it takes months. Your vision should be adequate to return to normal activities and work within a few days of surgery.
