Very much so...: There is no substitute for healthy/balanced diet and regular aerobic exercises. Exercises help burn off the sugar/extra calories and provide cardiovascular hebenefits. Biking is a great way to exercise and if you can add a bit of weight training to build muscle mass, it will be even better. So, kudos to you for exercising regularly. Keep up the good work. Wonderful!: 1. At a minimum for cardiovascular health, and general health and well-being 2. Can, in general improve blood sugars, degree of benefit dependent on amount of exercise and copnsistentcy of exercise.
