Very much so...: There is no substitute for healthy/balanced diet and regular aerobic exercises. Exercises help burn off the sugar/extra calories and provide cardiovascular hebenefits. Biking is a great way to exercise and if you can add a bit of weight training to build muscle mass, it will be even better. So, kudos to you for exercising regularly. Keep up the good work. See doc regularly too. Good luck.

Wonderful!: 1. At a minimum for cardiovascular health, and general health and well-being 2. Can, in general improve blood sugars, degree of benefit dependent on amount of exercise and copnsistentcy of exercise.
