If i get lightheaded/dizziness, the spinning always to the right (clockwise). what does that mean?

Right handed?: Vertigo or spinning sensation is very common. If the cause is the ear, then there is often a persistent direction of movement sensation. The eyes often will have nystagmus with the jerking only in one direction. This produces the visual effect of spinning in one direction. If ice water is put into your ear, it produces this effect with the eyes shifting to the ice then jerking back.
