Lightheadedness/dizziness: Fortunately, MRI removes many pathological diseases such as tumor or stroke. Your symptoms could be from multiple causes. One area is ear and/or sinuses. If you are having an acute sinusitis, MRI is too sensitive to diagnose. A Ct Scan could show Sinusitis. You could have Meniere's or viral infection of the middle ear. Can also have muscle tension or stress causing problems. If no better, see Dr.
