What can pain in your right chest mean? i get dizzy and light-headed with it.

Dizziness: Take symptoms like chest pain seriously. Although the hotheadedness could be due to a benign reflex we call vasovagal reflex due to the pain, the cause of the pain itself may be serious. The possibilites are countless and include mitral valve prolapse, arrhythmia, musculoskeletal pain or pain from cardiac source. Consult with your physician for proper diagnosis and treatment.
