Usually little.: The physiologic response to caffeine varies from person to person; some experience palpitations; however, in a small study of hourly cups of coffee given to a healthy volunteer over an 8 hour period, caffeine had no significant effect upon blood pressure and cardiac rhythm. It would be very unusual to raise ones blood pressure from 120 to 180.

Tea?: There's generally not much caffeine in tea and some tea has none at all, but it would depend on exactly what you're drinking. Regarding caffeine, it can raise your BP if you're not habituated to it. See: http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/high-blood-pressure/expert-answers/blood-pressure/faq-20058543
