Not sure: In general, swelling of a body part is NOT a neurological syndrome. There are few conditions like CRPS that are neurological and can cause swelling. A sudden swollen upper lip may have non-neurological causes like allergy, acute reaction, or other. You should have it checked out just to be sure.
