Hello doctor, my father's age is 77 and his creatinine is 2.00 after he take the medicine for heart disease ?

Renal evaluation.: What was his creatinine before the medicine? What medicine? A creatinine of 2 is elevated, and should be evaluated by his doctor -- heart medications can increase the creatinine indirectly, but it depends on which medication. Ask his cardiologist, and/or his doctor.

Creatinine of 2: Your father is 77 years old and would be expected to have some chronic kidney based on his age alone. If he has hbp or diabetes, those are another causes for his elevated creatinine. He needs to see a nephrologist to assess his kidney function. That would entail, some blood work, a renal ultrasound and a 24 hour urine collection for creatinine clearance and protein to see how well his kidneys work.
