Kidney infection?: The list of possibilities is large but at the top of the list is a kidney infection or uti. These symptoms require seeing a doctor and a better work-up including urinalysis, lab studies and imaging.

Many: Many things can, . Uti, kidney stone, pid, appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy, hernia, etc. Go have it checked.
