Arrange for eval: The symptoms you cite could be a virus or strep. If you've kept up with your fluid needs enough to pee at least every 6 hrs you can wait & arrange to see your pcp or OB tomorrow. If you feel rotten & dehydrated see someone sooner. In the mean time try sips of cold fluids & something light like noodle soup. You need some energy. Most antibiotics for strep are ok during pregnancy.
