A member asked:

How quickly is nicotine detectable in the blood stream following inhalation of cigarette smoke?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Very quickly: Inhaling a chemical gets it into your bloodstream quickly. I'm not sure of a absolute time. With all that is known about cigarette smoking and cancer/emphysema, why do you want it there at all.
