Episodic events: Children often have sudden events that clear quickly. Many will suddenly look very ill and even start vomiting then quickly want to back out and play. Some get sudden dizziness, some get sudden anxiety, some just get confused. If thorough medical evaluation is unremarkable, these are probably benign and will resolve. Risk may be future development of migraine attacks.
