Difficult problem: A gangrenous gallbladder can create much inflammation in the liver bed and being too aggressive may result in more complications. At this point in time, drainage and antibiotic coverage with observation with possible re-exploration when things have settled down may be a better course of action. I would discuss with your surgeon.

See below: U should have same symptoms as before. U will need to c ur surgeon again and they may repeat labs and ct. It's not an easy diagnosis.
