Decrease quantity: Low caloric intake and balanced diet of approximately 1700 calories per day. Regular aerobic exercise to work up a sweat or get your heart rate up to about 140 beats per minute for at least 30 minutes on 5 days each week. Pick the exercise you like best. Weight loss is independent of your cholesterol levels, but may reduce your LDL a bit. Wouldn't bet on it.
