You need to : See your surgeon asap. I would recommend you call them today even though it is sunday- call the emergency number if you have to and tell them, the exact problem.

Call your doctor: Blisters can form from friction from the cast and/or infection. You absolutely need to contact your surgeon and have them evaluate the foot and cast.
