No: Not if that is the only contact. There is no physical method for ingested sperm to cause pregnancy. If there was other male / female genital sexual contact at all, before or after the "main load" was ingested, there may be enough sperm in those sexual fluids to establish a pregnancy.

Sperm consumption.: Sperm need to reach a female egg / ovum for pregnancy to occur. Sperm travels through the vagina & uterus up to the fallopian tubes to access the egg. If sperm is swallowed - it will descend down the digestive tract. It can not reach the vagina, uterus or fallopian tubes from there. So, ingesting sperm will not lead to pregnancy.
