See below: Only if she ovulates multiple eggs at once. Only one sperm can fertilize an egg (there are very rare exceptions) and thus multiple pregnancies would only occur if multiple eggs are fertilized.

No: Multiple pregnancy is a result of how many eggs the female ovulates or from an embryo splitting during the development process, neither depends on the sperm.
