How much body weight do you have to lose to get excess skin removed?

Totally depends: Depends on your size and your age and skin condition. I've had patients lose 200 pounds with good skin compliance that led to no surgery, and other patients that lost 20 pounds with no skin compliance who needed tucks (witch hazel). So first, why are you asking the question? I've had many patients ask, and use it as an excuse not to lose weight. Lose the weight first, then deal with this consequence if needed!
