Morbid obesity?: Except for extreme cases of obesity, a well-paced diet/exercise program should result in a slow and steady loss that has minimal if any excess skin. In the extreme cases, I expect the fat is no less attractive than loose skin and worse for health. Work w/ experts on a plan.
