Is it ok to do twice chest x-ray in a week?

If medically : Indicated. There is risk to benefit ratio for any diagnostic procedure. Doing two chest x-rays in one week by itself is not dangerous and such imaging is done to follow the course of illness, such as following the course of pneumonia.

Yes, if needed: If you need it, then definitely. The benefits of the test outweigh the risks.

Depends: Chest Xrays are still one of low dose radiation procedures. Should always question physician ordering multiple exams if it is truly necessary for management of your health care.
