Complex cyst: A simple cyst is a fluid filled sac. A complex cyst may have internal septations which are walls separating the cyst into different compartments. Lesion is a generic term for an abnormal growth.

Recent dx ruptured complex cystic lesion in the right ovary measuring 5.1 x 4.3 x 6.5 cm. Low level internal echoes. No mural nodularity (u/s). Cystic nodule seen in the right adnexa, measuring 5.7 cm (CT). Should I worry?
I just found out that i have 3.62.4 cm cystic lesion on the left adnexa is stable and a 1.4 cm calcification un the left adnexa the uterus us gone there is no fluid in the pelvis area what does that all mean im type 2 also should i be worried?
