Allergies: You may other otc antihistamines (allegra, claritin) or prescription meds from your doctor. A nasal steroid spray often helps. Exercise i don't think induces rhinitis. When you exercise, you breathe harder and more frequently, causing you to inhale more allergens and this causes your symptoms.

Get Singulair (montelukast): If zyrtec not helping go to your doctor and get nasal steroids and/ or singulair (montelukast), (montelukast) just keep in mind might take up to 6 weeks for singulair (montelukast) to start working, however once it works it will control symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
