I'm 3 weeks late and i have a white milky discharge but the pregnancy tests say no. could i be pregnant?

Pregnancy Tests: If you are consistently regular, and you are 3 weeks out from your last menstrual period (lmp), you might well be pregnant, despite "negative" pregnancy tests, which measure hcg. These levels vary quite a bit, but should double every 24-48 hours in the early weeks. Repeat the test in another week; if still negative, you are likely not pregnant, but should seek another cause for the discharge.
