Yes: Abdominal pain for 2 days starting near the belly button with low grade fever is concerning for appendicitis. Please bring him to get checked, i would advise going somewhere a surgeon is available.

Go to ER ASAP: An 11-yr old boy with lower abdominal pain has "appendicitis until proven otherwise". Please go to an emergency room as soon as you get this message (and hold off on giving him anything to eat or drink just in case he needs surgery).

Son is 10 year old, fever for the last 6 days, Tylenol helps in keeping fever out for some time but it comes back, also developed some cough but not extreme. There is no problem with Urine or bowel movement. Waiting for doc tests to come back?
