Yes, unless advised: Most couples doing IUI cycles with ovulation induction medications should have intercourse 2-3 x a week to cover you if you ovulate early, and to 'keep his sperm specimen fresh'. With injectable medicines like Menopur you have more potential to make too many eggs than with Clomid (clomiphene) / Letrozole tablets, so your clinic will monitor you and tell you not to have intercourse if you over-respond to shots.
