See a doc: Unintentional weight loss can be very serious. You should see a primary care doctor as soon as you can.

Get checked ASAP: Unintentional wt loss means loss of wt despite keepng all normal/usual diet and activities--no intention of losin wt--and so this is not normal. I would suggest consulting doc as soon as possible to find out what is causing the wt loss. In the meantime, try to increase intake to combat the excessive loss. Ensure/boost supplements may help. Good luck.
