Veregen (sinecatechins): I assume you mean genital. Yes zyclara is somewhat effective but there are othe prescription options such as veregen, (sinecatechins) which i prefer over zyclara of the topicals for this.

Yes : Other similar topicals, such as condylox, (podofilox) are also usually effective. But these are not plantar warts, which by definition are on the bottom of the feet (plantar surface).
