Zoloft (sertraline): This is not uncommon initial side-effect which wears off withing a week or so. Inform your prescribing doc. To see if lowering the dose is an option. Good luck.

Stop it: Some people get worse on serotonin medications just as you have experienced. It will clear soon. Use caution if you take any other ssri as you will remain at increased risk of similar reactions. Have your doctor consider medication with a different mechanism of action. A family history of bipolar appears to be a risk factor of similar rxn.

Zoloft (sertraline): Would not recommend making any changes before talking to your prescribing doc.

Zoloft (sertraline): Although 2 days is too soon to tell if zoloft (sertraline) will work, and the dose is low, please talk to your prescribing doc. About your symptoms to see if lowering the dose, supplementing, or switching meds. Is an option. Good luck.
