Taken off of depakote for migraines, due to hair loss. put on amitriptyline 25mg for 3 months now, could this be causing hair loss as well.

Unlikely: there may be another cause of hair loss. ask your dr to do general review: physical, labs (including thyroid) and be sure othier things are okay.
