Varience: Would place absolutely no value on a random blood test result unaccompanied by signs or symptoms suggesting a condition which could somehow affect these counts. Levels of activity, the time of day, whether you had recently eaten, and many other factors may have influenced this. Please relax and set your mind at ease. This is normal variation.

Probably nothing: Percentages are much less important than total numbers of cells. Ask for the absolute numbers before deciding they are abnormal.
