Please restate quest: You didn't complete your question so it's difficult to answer. Seretide appears to be a british or new zealand brand, sold here in the states as advair. Taking more fluticasone/salmeterol shouldn't be harmful if under supervision of your physician. Be sure to tell him/her why you're taking more. And always communicate your concerns w/your healthcare provider.

Yes: Don't take more than 2 puffs twice a day of the seretide, this is dangerous. You can still use your ventolin but if you think that is not working, go back to your doctor!
