Pain right in middle of upper back. gets worse when sitting and carries over into when i try to lay down. had mri and ct showed mild scololisis/arthr?

Pain: Really need more information..It could be anything in that area, and all have slightly different triggers, relievers, and features. Upper back: If the pain is in the upper back a cervical spine MRI and thoracic spine MRI are more helpful. An EMG may lead you in the right direction. See your neurologist.
