Several problems: Sounds like the spine is suffering degeneration. End plate is the we bearing surface of the lower vertebra, and it was flat, but now curved or irregular. Thus squeezed the disc, which has bulged out from its position and part of it is pressing against the sack that covers the spinal,cord, a potential pain issue. I have no clue what a limbus lesion is
