Contact prescriber: Sometimes serotonin side effects and restlessness are stronger for fluoxetine compared to sertraline. The dose switch conversion may be a little off. Other medications and be interacting with fluoxetine. Check for hyper-jumpiness in the legs and report these things to your psychiatrist / prescriber.
