Medication, PT: So degenerative arthritic pain is one of the most common and difficult conditions to treat. Pain control with medications is 1st: nsaids (oral or topical), tylenol/tramadol, or even narcotics are used. Physical therapy is key: this helps build muscle around the arthritic joint to reduce the work that joint has to do. Joint replacement surgery is the last option to reduce pain.

NSAIDs: Maybe helpful. Also consider supplements like glucosamine/chondroitin. Lastly if not improving consider how platelet therapy or stem cells can be helpful for you. Check out Regenexx.Com
