Is it normal during fellatio to have jaw and facial pain?

No: Normal? No. That being said, if you are stretching your jaws beyond their functional limits for any reason you will incur facial pain from joint and or muscle strain. When you feel pain moderation should be exercised to avoid more dramatic problems.

Yes, it can be.: Fellatio, if performed for an extended period of time, can cause the muscles responsible for positioning the jaw to spasm and thus cause jaw and facial pain. There is a fine line between pain and pleasure, no?

Absolutely: It is possible. Trauma, such as a fall on the face, can cause jaw and facial pain. You may want to get evaluated to see if anything is broken but also evaluate the symptoms and they will instruct you on things to do to make jaw and face heal.

Yes, but: Yes. But if pain becomes worse over time, be careful. Serious TMJ problems can occur. If symptoms worsen, see TMJ expert for advice.
