Possible perforation: You should be expediently evaluated if not already done. Perforation (puncture )of the colon must be considered as a potential cause of these symptoms. Reaction to sedation is less likely this far out. Contact your GI doctor or if getting worse, go to the nearest er.

Depends: Were the polyps in colon or nasal or gastric? Your symptoms would not fit with either colon or gastric but may fit if nasal. Best to notify your doctor who removed the polyps and report your symptoms.
