See a doctor: Your doctor will evaluate your blood levels and recommended the appropriate treatment. Also, it depends on how much bleeding is present.

See doctor part 2: It's important that hemophiliacs maintain good gum health to avoid bleeding. That said, there are topical agents that can help. In addition there is a new dressing available called hemcon that we keep in our office for such a problem. It is based on battlefield dressings and will stop oozing very quickly. Usually within a few minutes. Make some calls to see if anyone near you has some.

See doc and...: Amicar (aminocaproic acid) can be quite helpful for minor mouth bleeding. It is an oral medication that helps to hold a clot in place once it has formed. It acts by stopping the activity of an enzyme, called plasmin, which dissolves blood clots. This is a medicine you can have at home and take if needed. It does not replace factor or help with other types of bleeds like joint bleeds.

Teeth don't bleed: It may be the gum around the tooth that disinfected and bleeding. If so, you need a periodontist (gum specialist)/hematologist (blood specialist) team. Ask your dentist to refer your to periodontist. Periodontist will word with your hematologist to treat the infection and control the bleeding.
