Bleeding: Use a sterile gauze or a wet teabag held in place over the socket with gentle pressure for 45 minutes. Replace as necessary. Keep your head elevated rather than lying down. Refrain from physical activity. If that doesn't help you will need to call the dentist who extracted the tooth. If it is after hours, there should be a 24/7 emergency number. He\she is responsible for your aftercare.
