Neither: Orchiectomy is permanent and is a small surgical procedure (cheap). Lhrh treatment (exp) means seeing your doctor every 1-6 months for an injection (no surgery, reversible), so if you lose insurance coverage your testosterone can rise without the injection and the cancer can grow. Most patients have lhrh nowadays but orchiectomy, if you think hormone treatment will be lifelong, is also an option.
