Chronic daily HA's: Your pattern is one that will unlikely depart on it's own, and needs meds to break up. Some pts develop this pattern secondary to consistent use of analgesics, even tylenol, (acetaminophen) but you need to pin down the underlying cause, and go from there. Many different reasons can be listed, and your doc can sort out.
