Need good talk w/ OB: It's possible to conceive, but depends on how. If desire naturally, then need to ask OB about if reversal of tubal is possible.As far as advisable?That depends on many things: your health, past pregnancies, age (35 is considered advanced maternal age), etc.These are things to talk to your OB about. Then there are things only you can decide:another c-section, sleepless nites, diaper-escaping poops...

Fresh eggs: From your age i assume you still have a basket full of chances.It may be technically a problem as getting tubes to work again after they were tied is not always successful. A fertility dr could help you ovulate & harvest some eggs through a laparoscope. Your husbands sperm could be added to the eggs and the resulting embryos placed into your womb. Difficult & expensive but possible.
