I have high blood pressure that has not yet been able to get it under control i'm seeing a heart specialist no luck so far. is there anything i can do, besides exercise and eat right?

Follow MDs advice: Exercise and eating right does not always control the blood presuure, after it has been tried and BP still up you may need one or more meds to keep your BP under control.
