See below: This is a common side effect. It does tend to diminish with time. If the medication is working well with you, work with your doctor to try to stay on it.

Lexapro (escitalopram) 10 mg: Actually ssri can be associated with weight gain among others. However, Lexapro (escitalopram) usually has the least side effect. Talk with u prescribing provider.
