Remove what?: I'm guessing maybe you were given a steroid nasal spray to shrink your nasal turbinates and maybe your adenoids. Steroid nasal sprays can rarely cause headache. A different nasal spray may avoid this side effect. It depends on how large adenoids are at this age, they aren't removed at age 31 very often, but sometimes. Turbinate surgery can be very beneficial.
