A member asked:

I have seen my regular internist doctor and told him i have headache with high bp. but he told me don't worry this due to headache.?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not necessarily: Blood pressure elevation must usually be quite high to cause headaches, and typical hypertensives may not have any symptoms (silent killer). So, you need to address the cause of the head pain, and treat the headache with appropriate measures.
