Don't worry.: If your husband has a large roll of visceral fat, they will be cold. But the kidney area is not cold for any medical issue that i've ever heard about.

YOU CANNOT FEEL KIDN: You can not feel temp of kidneys by touching his back, you are feeling the temp on the skin, feeling cold skin limited to back only, may be normal, but if you are cocerned check with your doctor.
