Clean water: Clean, boiled if need be, water is sufficient. Preferably using gauze boiled in water to gently wipe the lesions should be fine.

Chickenpox: Cleaning lesions won't cause the Chickenpox to heal more quickly, but may help to prevent spread of infection. Warm water or warm soap & water is fine. Pat the lesions dry as scrubbing may deroof the blisters. Everyone should use meticulous hand-washing.
